Terms and Conditions

CurioMITY Founding 300 – Seeing Math Programme

By enrolling in and making payment for the CurioMITY Founding 300 — Seeing Math Programme (“Programme”), the parent or legal guardian making the purchase (“Subscriber”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions with Neuromath Talent International Pte Ltd (“Neuromath”).

The Programme is designed for children aged 7–12 and includes:

• Three CurioMITY Adventures with 12 progressive missions across a 12-week programme.

• Three Adventure kits containing purpose-designed hands-on materials.

• 12 live online parent guidance sessions, with recordings available.

• Online videos and digital resources accessed through the Programme’s learning platform.

The Programme fee is a one-time payment of S$324. Purchasing this Programme does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

The Programme begins when 300 families have joined or on 18 January 2027, whichever happens first. All founding families begin together. Neuromath will notify Subscribers of the confirmed start date, delivery arrangements, access instructions and parent guidance schedule before the Programme begins.

If Neuromath cannot commence the Programme by the promised start date, Subscribers will be informed of the revised arrangements and may decline the revised start date and request a full refund of the Programme fee.

1. Programme Access

Subscribers receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Programme’s digital materials for the enrolled child’s personal learning.

Access to the online learning platform and digital resources is valid for one year from the date usable Programme access begins. Creating an account before the Programme begins does not start this access period.

Access to the online Programme and digital materials will end when this period expires. Any extension, if offered, will be subject to the terms and fees communicated at that time.

Login credentials must not be shared with another household or used to provide access to children who are not enrolled. Subscribers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and notifying Neuromath of any suspected unauthorised use.

The one-year access period allows families to revisit the materials. It does not extend the scheduled 12-week participation period or the progress guarantee deadlines unless Neuromath confirms an adjustment in writing.

2. Adventure Kit Delivery

The Programme includes three Adventure kits, one for each Adventure.

Neuromath may deliver the kits separately in accordance with the Programme schedule, or together in a single shipment if all three kits are ready. Receiving the kits together does not change the Programme schedule, participation requirements or observation deadlines.

Kits will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact details, and for notifying Neuromath promptly of any changes.

Delivery within Singapore is included in the Programme fee. Additional shipping fees may apply to deliveries outside Singapore. Any applicable international shipping fee will be disclosed and agreed with the Subscriber before payment for that delivery.

For deliveries within Singapore, each shipment will generally arrive within seven working days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

International deliveries may take longer because of customs clearance, international transit and courier arrangements. An estimated timeframe will be provided where available. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Neuromath will assist with delivery enquiries. Where delivery fails because the Subscriber provided incorrect or incomplete details, or did not receive or collect the parcel, any additional delivery charge will be disclosed and agreed before redelivery.

If a kit is lost or damaged in transit, the Subscriber should contact [email protected] promptly. Neuromath will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Adventure kits may contain small parts. Parents must provide suitable supervision and ensure that the materials are used safely and according to the supplied instructions.

3. Programme Content and Intellectual Property

“Content” includes Programme videos, animations, missions, observation forms, guidance materials, methodologies, graphics, images, text, documents, digital resources and other materials supplied as part of the Programme.

All Content remains the intellectual property of Neuromath or its respective licensors.

Subscribers may use the Content for the enrolled child’s personal learning. They must not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, commercially use or provide unauthorised access to the Content. Live sessions and Programme videos must not be recorded or shared without Neuromath’s written permission.

Neuromath may correct errors and update Content to improve clarity, usability or educational quality. Such updates will not materially reduce the Programme purchased or remove the Subscriber’s rights under the progress guarantee.

4. Missing, Damaged or Defective Items

Subscribers should check each Adventure kit against its contents checklist upon receipt.

Please report any missing, damaged or defective item to [email protected], preferably within seven calendar days of receiving the kit. Include the enrolment details, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.

Neuromath will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy.

The seven-day reporting period assists prompt resolution. It does not remove any rights the Subscriber may have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Payment, Progress Guarantee and Refunds

5.1 Programme Fee

The Programme fee is a one-time payment of S$324.

5.2 The 12-Week Progress Guarantee

The guarantee applies to participation throughout the scheduled 12-week Programme. It does not begin on the payment date, on delivery of a kit, or when an account is created before the Programme starts.

The guarantee is subject to the requirements and exclusions in this clause, including Clause 5.5 concerning skills already demonstrated at the beginning.

To qualify:

1. The child completes all 12 missions progressively according to the Programme schedule, normally one mission per week.

2. The parent completes each corresponding parent guidance session, either live or through its recording, during the scheduled week. Live attendance is optional.

3. The parent records and submits three complete sets of beginning and ending observations within the submission windows specified in Clause 5.3.

4. The parent follows the Programme’s guidance on supporting the child, including allowing independent exploration and avoiding giving answers or demonstrating solutions during designated observation activities.

Completing the missions or parent guidance sessions in a compressed period at the end of the Programme does not satisfy these requirements. Receiving all three Adventure kits together does not change the participation schedule or observation deadlines.

5.3 Observation Schedule and Submission Requirements

The Programme comprises three consecutive four-week blocks:

• Adventure 1: Programme Weeks 1–4.

• Adventure 2: Programme Weeks 5–8.

• Adventure 3: Programme Weeks 9–12.

Each Adventure requires a beginning observation and an ending observation, making six submissions in total.

Beginning observations

The parent must record and submit the beginning observation during the first week of the relevant Adventure, before the child begins its first mission or receives instruction, demonstrations or hints for the designated observation activity.

Beginning observations are therefore due during Programme Weeks 1, 5 and 9, respectively.

Ending observations

The parent must record the ending observation after the child completes the relevant Adventure’s four missions and submit it by the end of that Adventure’s fourth week.

Ending observations are therefore due by the end of Programme Weeks 4, 8 and 12, respectively.

Neuromath will provide the exact submission dates and instructions before the Programme begins.

Recording and submission requirements

Observations must describe the child’s behaviour at the time of the designated activity and must be submitted within the relevant window.

Retrospective observations reconstructed later, or beginning and ending observations submitted together at the end of the Programme, do not satisfy the guarantee requirements.

Parents must use the forms and instructions provided by CurioMITY and record what the child notices, says and attempts, together with any prompts or assistance provided.

The beginning and ending activities will provide opportunities to observe the child’s thinking on comparable unfamiliar challenges. A correct answer alone is not sufficient evidence of the child’s thinking.

The first beginning observation establishes the child’s starting point at the beginning of the Programme. The beginning observations for Adventures 2 and 3 record the child’s starting point for those Adventures and do not retrospectively remove guarantee eligibility established at the Programme’s start.

The observation guide and assessment criteria will be provided before the first beginning observation. They will not be changed retrospectively for that Subscriber.

Schedule adjustments

If illness or another circumstance prevents participation or submission on time, the Subscriber should contact [email protected] promptly to request an adjustment.

Any revised participation schedule or submission deadline must be confirmed by Neuromath in writing.

Where a delay results from Neuromath’s delivery, platform or Programme arrangements, Neuromath will adjust the affected deadlines without reducing guarantee eligibility.

Unless a schedule adjustment has been confirmed, failure to follow the participation schedule or meet the observation submission deadlines makes the Subscriber ineligible for the progress guarantee.

5.4 What the Guarantee Assesses

The guarantee concerns progress in how the child approaches an unfamiliar problem, including what the child does when unsure where to begin.

The three observation sets will be reviewed together for clear evidence of increased independence or depth in:

• Asking useful questions about the problem.

• Noticing hidden information or relationships.

• Using those observations to choose and attempt a first step before asking for help.

• Reviewing or adapting an approach when it does not work.

Improvement does not have to appear in every area or in every Adventure.

A correct answer alone does not establish improvement. An incorrect answer alone does not establish a lack of improvement.

5.5 Skills Already Demonstrated at the Beginning

The progress guarantee applies to the development of the thinking behaviours described in Clause 5.4 that the child has not yet demonstrated consistently and independently at the beginning of the Programme.

Where the beginning observations show that the child already demonstrates a particular behaviour consistently and independently, maintaining that behaviour does not constitute a lack of progress. Progress will be assessed in the remaining behaviours.

If the child already demonstrates all the specified behaviours consistently and independently at the beginning of the Programme, the progress guarantee does not apply. The Programme may still offer valuable challenges, but it does not guarantee further improvement beyond skills already demonstrated.

This exclusion does not affect any applicable statutory consumer rights.

5.6 Requesting a Refund

If the child is eligible for the guarantee and, after completing the requirements above, the observations do not show clear improvement in the behaviours covered by the guarantee, the Subscriber may request a full refund of the S$324 Programme fee.

The request must be emailed to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of completing Mission 12 under the scheduled Programme or a revised schedule confirmed by Neuromath.

The request must include:

• The Subscriber’s name and enrolment or order details.

• References to all three sets of beginning and ending observations submitted within the required windows, or copies of those submissions.

• A brief explanation of why the Subscriber considers that clear improvement has not occurred.

The refund request window does not extend earlier observation submission deadlines or permit observations to be submitted retrospectively.

Neuromath will review the submitted observations and Programme completion records against the observation guide and assessment criteria provided at the beginning.

If further information is needed, Neuromath will explain what is required and give the Subscriber a reasonable opportunity to provide it.

5.7 Refund Amount

Eligible refunds cover the full S$324 Programme fee.

No deductions will be made from that amount for payment processing fees, included parent guidance sessions, or normal use of the Programme materials.

5.8 Returning the Adventure Kits

To receive the refund, the Subscriber must return all three Adventure kits, including every supplied component listed in each kit’s contents checklist, to Neuromath’s office in Singapore.

Neuromath will provide the return address and instructions when the refund request is approved.

Before packing and sending the kits, the Subscriber must submit clear photographs showing the components of each kit laid out against its contents checklist. All listed components must be included in the return.

Opening and using the kits as intended, including reasonable wear from normal use, does not invalidate the guarantee.

Subscribers may return the kits in person by prior arrangement or use a courier. Any return courier or postage costs are the Subscriber’s responsibility and will not be deducted from the S$324 refund.

Subscribers should pack the kits securely and retain proof of dispatch if using a delivery service.

5.9 Refund Processing

Neuromath will process the approved refund within 14 working days after receiving the returned kits and verifying that all supplied components are present.

If any component is missing, Neuromath will notify the Subscriber and provide an opportunity to supply it before processing the refund.

Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method. The payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.

5.10 Scope and Other Refunds

The guarantee concerns the child’s approach to unfamiliar problems. It does not guarantee a correct answer to every question, a particular examination score or any specific school result.

Programme fees are otherwise non-refundable except where these Terms expressly provide for a refund or applicable law requires one.

Nothing in this guarantee limits applicable statutory consumer rights.

6. Media Consent

Neuromath may request separate, optional permission to use the Subscriber’s or child’s image, name or statements, including testimonials, for marketing and promotional purposes.

Acceptance of these Terms does not provide that permission.

Giving or refusing media permission does not affect enrolment, Programme access or eligibility for the progress guarantee.

Where permission is given, use will be limited to the purposes explained when consent is requested. No compensation will be payable unless separately agreed in writing.

Subscribers may withdraw permission by emailing [email protected]. Neuromath will take reasonable steps to stop future use and remove relevant materials within its control. Previously distributed printed materials or copies outside Neuromath’s control may continue to circulate.

Neuromath will not materially alter statements in a misleading way.

7. Use of Approved Media

Where media permission has been given, Neuromath may use the approved images, names or statements within the scope of that permission.

This permission does not authorise uses beyond the consent given and does not remove the Subscriber’s rights in relation to misuse, unlawful disclosure or misleading alteration.

Any permitted use remains subject to applicable personal data protection law.

8. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Neuromath may collect and use the Subscriber’s and child’s information for Programme administration, payment records, kit delivery, account access, parent guidance, observation review, customer support and refund processing.

Relevant service providers may receive information necessary to perform these functions, such as delivery details for couriers and account details for the learning platform.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable requirements.

Where the Subscriber provides a child’s personal data, the Subscriber confirms that they are the child’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to provide that information.

Subscribers may email [email protected] with enquiries or requests concerning their personal data, including access, correction or withdrawal of consent. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal requirements and record-retention obligations.

Marketing use of identifiable images, names or testimonials requires the separate permission described in Clause 6.

9. Liability and Programme Outcomes

Except for the express progress guarantee in Clause 5, Neuromath does not promise any particular academic, developmental or examination outcome.

Neuromath is not responsible for technical problems arising from the Subscriber’s device, internet connection or software outside Neuromath’s reasonable control. It will provide reasonable assistance with issues affecting access to its Programme.

To the extent permitted by law, Neuromath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme, and its total liability relating to the Programme is limited to the Programme fee paid by the Subscriber.

These limitations do not reduce an eligible refund entitlement under Clause 5 or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Events beyond Neuromath’s reasonable control may affect delivery or Programme services. These may include natural disasters, government restrictions, telecommunications failures, courier disruptions and platform outages.

Neuromath will notify affected Subscribers where reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to restore services, arrange alternatives or revise the schedule.

Where such events affect participation or observation submissions, Neuromath will communicate any revised schedule and deadlines.

This clause does not remove applicable consumer rights or the start-date refund option stated in these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Subscribers should first contact [email protected] so that Neuromath can attempt to resolve concerns through good-faith discussions.

If a dispute remains unresolved, either party may propose mediation or pursue an available legal remedy. Nothing in these Terms prevents access to applicable consumer complaint or dispute-resolution channels.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

The version of these Terms accepted at purchase applies to that enrolment.

Neuromath may update these Terms for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively reduce an existing Subscriber’s Programme inclusions, access period, progress guarantee or refund rights.

Any material change to an existing enrolment will be communicated to the Subscriber and will require agreement unless the change is required by law. If Neuromath cannot provide a material part of the purchased Programme, it will explain the available alternatives and refund arrangements.

13. Acceptance and Contact

By completing enrolment and payment, the Subscriber confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms, including:

• The requirement to participate progressively throughout the scheduled 12 weeks.

• The beginning and ending observation submission deadlines for each Adventure.

• The exclusion from the progress guarantee where the child already demonstrates all the specified thinking behaviours consistently and independently at the beginning of the Programme.

• The requirement to return all three complete Adventure kits for an eligible refund.

The Subscriber also confirms that they have authority to enrol the child.
